You’d be better off focusing on health for life. Living a healthy life will lead to weight loss. Just give it time. Don’t do this to get some guy/girl to like you or to be stick thin in the summer. You should do this for your own well-being and realize that this isn’t some quick fix. Be in it for the long run and you’ll definitely be happier for it.
